Top Ten Tuesday | Books I’ve Read That Are Older Than Me

Hello fellow readers, welcome back to my blog! If you hadn’t noticed, I decided to take an unannounced hiatus over the holidays from my blog. But now I am back and hopefully here to stay consistent!

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme that was created by The Broke and the Bookish and is now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This weeks theme is books older than me, so my list will be compiled of books that I have already read that are older than me. Let’s get started!

WWW Wednesday (October 14 2020) | Blogtober

Hey guys, welcome back to another WWW Wednesday!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam over at Taking on a World of Words.

The three W’s are:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What have you recently finished?
  3. What do you plan on reading next?

To join in on the fun, just answer these three questions in a post, and comment the link to that post at Taking on a World of Words.

You can really tell I’m getting into the spooky Halloween vibes from this post. I can’t help it, I love atmospheric reads that fit the season I’m in!

#5OnMyTBR | Historical Fiction

Hello readers! Today I am participating for the first time in the weekly meme known as #5OnMyTBR. This meme is hosted by E over at The Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. Today’s topic is historical fiction.

This is so incredibly easy for me, because I have a vast number of historical fiction books I plan on reading. It’s my favourite genre, I can never get enough. I’m also a little late in the day posting this, but I’ve been chasing after my nine month old who has been insisting to get inside the cat’s litter box all day, so I’ve had my hands full. Forgive me, my faithful followers.

6 Villains I Adore | Blogtober 2020

Hey bookworms, welcome back! I wasn’t entirely sure if I was going to participate in #blogtober2020 this year, but I decided a little late to commit to it for the rest of the month. Let’s see just how epically I can fail. Today I’m starting off with 6 book villains that I adore!

I’m always a fan of the villains. Some of my favourite stories I’ve read are either from the villain’s perspective, or about an antihero. I also love reading about protagonists slowly descending into madness. There’s something about the evil villains, particularly the mentally unhinged, that fascinates me.
